What customers say?

“ The Super Chashu Ramen at Mendokoro Ramenba is… oddly satisfying. Not loud, not flashy — just the kind of bowl that grows on you the longer you’re eating it. It arrives heavy and unapologetic: lots of chashu, hearty noodles, and a rich, comforting broth that leans more cozy than aggressive. On paper, it sounds like it might be too much, but somehow it balances out. Each bite feels familiar and indulgent in a way that makes you slow down instead of rush. Is it the most mind-blowing ramen you’ll ever have? Probably not. But that’s kind of the point. It’s consistent, filling, and deeply comforting — the type of bowl you’d crave on a bad day or after a long one. Service is relaxed, the vibe is casual, and the portion alone makes you feel like you got your money’s worth. Weirdly enough, it’s one of those bowls you don’t overthink — you just enjoy it. Not dramatic ramen. Just really good ramen that does its job well. ”

“ We went on a Sunday night, we were 15th on the line but we did not wait that long. We ordered shio and shoyu ramen and loved the taste at first but somehow we got “umay” after a few bites maybe because the noodles were a bit undercooked.. the ramen is good and has rich broth but i think it’s a bit overpriced for it’s taste. The staff are well informed and kind even when they are packed with orders and customers. The place is also clean and tidy! Ps. Don’t park in the SMX parking.. fixed rate is 150. ”

“ First time trying out Mendokoro and will definitely come back! They don’t have the typical table and chairs set up, they have the ramen booth styles just like in Japan where you will sit with strangers while the chef is cooking your order behind the ramen bar. Ordered the shoyu ramen, noodles were a bit chewy but will ask next time if they can cook it a little bit more to my preference. A bit salty and that’s how I like it! I think, it’s a bit pricey for the portion but I was really full after 1 bowl and 2 gyozas. So excited to try Tantanmen the next time! ”

“ THE RAMEN. LIFE CHANGING. Every slurp of the broth, my soul sings. This is not to satisfy my hunger. The ramen will make you reflect on your life! But the heat of the place kinda ruined the vibe. oh and that cashier Chai if im not mistaken, she’s kinda rude and unwelcoming to any questions. other staff bravo i love you angelica our server ”

“ My girlfriend and I enjoyed eating here. First time trying Mendokoro Ramenba and it was pretty good. Line up and was number 11 but we waited not that long. Service is good and atmosphere also. Will come back to try other ramen. ”

“ Shoyu paitan was ultimately rich in creamy broth with thick firm noodles, paired with umami packed gyoza. This restaurant is a hit indeed with the young adults market, but could be a mixed opinion amongst the older/senior years denoting that it's too concentrates in flavor. Overall it is still oishi! So I guess I am still young ”

“ I'm Jack, a foodie from Taipei, Taiwan. I recently tried the limited-edition Dongpo Pork Ramen at Mendokoro and ate it for two days straight. Initially, I was a little skeptical about the pork blood cake-like topping, but after tasting it, I was amazed by its tender and chewy texture. Even I, who usually dislikes fat, found the fatty bits irresistible. Combined with the thick noodles and rich pork bone broth, the whole bowl was incredibly satisfying. The staff mentioned that they'll be releasing other limited-edition ramen dishes in the future, so trying different variations is part of the fun. The only downside is the long wait; be careful if you're with your girlfriend. By the way, the crispy and juicy pan-fried dumplings are a must-order. If you're feeling adventurous, try some ginger beer to cut through the richness. ”
